ABOUT NOVATR

An export office, and we are clear about it.

NOVATR is not a factory and does not claim to be one. We are an independent export office working with established Chinese manufacturers of electric dumpers, powered wheelbarrows and cargo tricycles.

We state this openly because it matters to your decision. A factory can only offer you what it builds. We can compare, specify and source across several production lines, and we can tell you when the machine you asked for is not the machine your site needs.

Our value is not in owning a building. It is in knowing exactly which machine suits which job, checking that what was promised is what was built, and getting it to your port with the documents your customs authority expects.

What we do, and what we do not do

Source machines to a written specification you have approved
Verify motor, battery, load rating and steel thickness before shipment
Provide loaded-test photographs and video tied to your order number
Handle battery-classified freight and dangerous-goods paperwork
Supply spare parts — motors, controllers, batteries, wheels — after delivery
Advise honestly on duty, certification and which market to enter first

We do not

Claim to be a manufacturer
Publish another company's identity, plant or credentials as our own
Round an honest specification range up into a single impressive number
Sell you a machine we have not verified ourselves
Push you into a market with an unworkable duty or certification position

What "honest spec" means in practice

If a hopper is available in 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 mm steel, we print 2.0 – 3.0 mm rather than quoting the thickest plate as if it were standard. If a battery is 48 V 20 Ah lead-acid with lithium as an option, that is what the sheet says. If a load rating depends on ground conditions, we say so. You should be able to read our specification sheet next to the machine and find no gap.

Where we work from
